The Enterprise Resource Planning provides SAP services to multiple Business Groups and corporate functions, each with their own designated Business Application Owners who also act as Business Partners, representing the single face of IT to a Business Group

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities (but not limited to):

- Manage team of hands-on solution architects, which includes the allocation of these resources to our different projects and consequently managing their priorities and capacity.
- Translate process definitions to ERP requirements and ensuring those are scoped appropriately within program management, delivered through projects.
- Build a strong talented team, using internal and external resources, nurturing talent able to deliver solutions using internal and external Nokia capabilities.
- Stay abreast of latest industry and technology trends to ensure Nokia takes advantage of latest innovation.
- Responsible for ensuring solutions are properly built and tested and perform cutover and go-live into productive environments.

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering or business relevant.
- Have proven track record of experience in managing IT teams, with 10+ years’ experience of delivery under complex ERP environments/landscapes, and 3+ years of management experience.
- Working with business and IT stakeholders/partners on requirement and design plus configure SAP solutions, as also lead delivery on other technologies.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in as many as possible of the following:

- Finance: Financial Accounting, Controlling (Management Accounting), Asset Management, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, Period End Processes, Tax, Treasury.
- Able to establish working and sustainable relationship with key senior business and IT stakeholders, up to C level.
- Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex projects in a multinational/multicultural environment, by leading internal, 3rd party and external partners.
- Ability to influence and lead within a business matrix (IT/Business) to shape and deliver the IT strategic plan and roadmap across business lines, collaborating closely with leadership teams within the CFO organization.
- Ability to network within the IT and business environment and comply with company security and assurance policies.
- International team Management, displaying ability to assimilate and respectfully coordinate possible cultural gaps as also conflict within and external to team.
- Execute proper team’s career management.
- Integrity and trust as par of collaboration vision of the company.

It would be nice if you also have:

- Very good knowledge of the business processes on the Finance Domain, and good knowledge also on the interconnection between Finance
