Role Overview:
As a Property Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing a portfolio of the finest commercial and selected residential properties in Porto and the surrounding Northern region. You will be an ambassador for the Porameta Properties brand, building strong relationships with property owners and demonstrating the unique value of our international buyer network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and source high-quality residential and commercial property listings.
- Conduct expert property valuations and market analysis.
- Present Porameta Properties' unique international marketing strategy to prospective sellers.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with property owners, providing exceptional service.
- Negotiate and execute exclusive listing agreements.

**Qualifications**
- Proven success in sourcing and securing property listings, with a strong network in the Porto region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese; professional proficiency in English is a major advantage.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

How to Apply:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 1,500.00€ - 1,800.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Porto, Distrito do Porto: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
