**REGIONAL OPERATIONS ANALYST**

- You will work closely with your Regional Operations Leader supporting the development and delivery of a clear strategy for continuous operational improvement, evidenced by qualitative and quantitative KPIs;
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and projects in line with established standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that data, tools and processes meet business needs;
- You will collaborate with other Regional and Global departments, Transformation Managers and Service Managers to drive best practices in business operations and consistency, taking a lead role in specific aspects, as well as other business change and transformation initiatives that arise.

**We will count on you to**:

- Maintain a close track of Regional Team financials and KPIs, namely preparing a detailed and accurate monthly forecast and supporting Regional Operations Leader on annual budget exercise;
- Support and collaborate with your Regional Operations Leader with the development, implementation and monitor of the different reports such Global Dashboard, Capacity Planners and different metrics;
- Support your Regional Leader with complaints, quality issues and risk reporting, identifying gaps and overseeing the implementation of remedial actions;
- Enhance the efficiency of local teams, monitoring action plans and commercial focus collaborating with Lean Leaders, Service Managers and the Learning & Development team as appropriate;
- Support your Regional Operations Leader with financial management processes in accordance with Mercer requirements;
- Work closely to Regional Service Managers.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelors or Master’s in Economics, Management or similar;
- At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in shared services centre;
- Proven track record of Implementing change initiatives and collaborating across teams - project management is a plus;
- Fluent English level (minimum C1);
- Strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
- Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks;
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients;
- Growth mindset and out of the box thinking;
- Proactive and goal oriented;
- Analytical profile and focused on details:

- Proficiency in Excel.
