The role of the Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) for Data & Analytics is at the heart of our customers' transformation toward cloud and Modern Data architectures.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect with hands-on implementation experience in Data and Analytics space, covering one or more of the following:

- Cloud Data Analytics
- Data Modernization
- Data Warehousing
- Business Intelligence
- Data Governance

In, the immediate team, you will be a part of interacting closely with customers, product groups for the respective technologies, global field roles such as Cloud Solution Architects, Customer Engineers, Customer Success Account Managers as well as senior leadership team. This is a highly dynamic, high pace position requiring technical depth, agility and independent decision making while dealing with ambiguity. **Customer engagement**
- Take ownership in understanding market demand and customers’ data estate, including common workloads, use patterns and business priorities and needs, to drive an Azure based Data journey.
- Gain insight and credibility as a technical trusted advisor by providing thought leadership, influencing customer’s roadmap and partnering with the customer to solve their challenges.
- Develop deep relationships with key customer decision makers, to drive long-term cloud adoption within the company and guide them in defining and realizing their Data modernization goals.

- Drive best practices and innovation in delivery of customer architectures and data journeys to optimize customer value
- Promote long-term customer success strategy
- Create Data Platform roadmaps, ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infuse key analytics and AI technologies where appropriate (e.g. Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory, BOT framework, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, etc.
- Lead the way to find viable options, mobilize internal and/or external resources, act for the benefit of the customer by formulating inventive solutions and assessing the risk of various deployment options
- Ensure that solutions exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment
- Accelerate projects to production, including technical readiness, escalation of risks and blockers and resource orchestration
- Be a Voice of the Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers
- Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure Data platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan, and ensure its delivery through partners
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights

- Proactively build and leverage relationships with relevant internal and external partners to support business outcomes.

**Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Possess exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication. Work in a team, resolve conflicts, lead cases end-to-end.
- Collaborate across all roles in the Customer Success Unit (other Cloud Solution Architects, Customer Engineers, Customer Success Account Managers and Customer Success Managers of Modern Work and BizApps) and other segments (pre sales, account leads, partner managers, business leads) to develop and realize end-to-end Enterprise solutions on Microsoft platform.

- Ensure the right assessment and execution of success engagements; drive best practices to optimize execution across customers
- Ensure healthy execution of success engagements;
- Drive operational excellence, including timely management of pipeline, high-quality reporting and insights and a healthy portfolio of initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**
- An academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Significant years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud technologies
- Excellent technical sales experience
- Excellent project management experience
- Technical Certifications in Cloud
- Preferred experience designing and architecting cloud transformation journeys
