**Project**:
Join a dynamic project in the online sports betting and gaming industry, offering top-tier services to millions of customers worldwide. You'll assist users with account management, transactions, and platform navigation while ensuring a seamless betting experience. **As a Customer Support you will**:

- Resolve account, login, payment, and technical issues
- Guide users through the platform and betting features
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by providing clear solutions

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **Base salary: 1238 € gross x 12 months**(or 1100 € gross x 14 months) - you choose the payment schedule
- **80€ gross project bonus/month (it is a fixed salary supplement)**:

- **€7.63 NET/day (approx. 167,86€/month) meal voucher**

**What do we expect**:

- **Relocation support with company-provided shared accommodation**for 12 months (a monthly cost of €280, including all utilities, deducted directly from the salary).
