**Job Description** What to expect, your role**
- A Data & Analytics Consultant is responsible for supporting the capturing and detailing business processes and needs from our clients, through workshops, meetings, and documentation.
- On a daily basis, you will be backing the team in developing data analytics solutions to support the effective operational, tactical and strategic decision making.
- As part of this role consultants will be expected to:

- Support the development of data solutions in Azure (using technologies such as Synapse Analytics, Fabric) to ingesting various sources into a unified data platform.
- Design and deliver scalable PowerBI reports that provide actionable insights for a wide range of clients.

(throughout the L&D programme you will receive training to prepare you for these tasks)
**Qualifications**
- Newly qualified graduates with less than three years’ professional experience.
- Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
- Fluency in English both written and oral.
- Fluency in French both written and oral.
- Credible client facing personality.
- Strong presentation/communication/facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Knowledge of data systems and SQL (Preference).
- Knowledge of BI tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau (Desirable).
- Knowledge of programming languages e.g. Python, DAX/M, SQL, C#, R (Desirable).
- Good organisational skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Ability to work independently and well within a team.
- Availability to travel abroad.
- A demonstrable passion for technology.
