Vertente Humana is currently recruiting Norwegian speakers for a renowned company located in Lisbon.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues. Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.

**Profile**:

- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian;
- Good understanding of English;
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Flexibility and resilience;
- Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred).
