**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Continental Purchasing Suite project is a global project targeting in designing, selecting, and implementing a group wide highly integrated digital purchasing platform solution that covers end-to-end processes from Source to Supplier Management for both Raw Material and Indirect Material, and the Purchase to Pay for Indirect Material.

As a member of our global Purchasing Suite project core team, you will be responsible for the Purchasing Suite module rollout activities from the business side and lead or contribute to the workstreams in design, build as well as implementation, rollout, training, and further development activities of the Purchasing Suite after its initial go live. You represent the interface between the users (Purchaser, Supplier, Account Payable etc.) and the IT & Implementation Partner, act as internal consultant to ensure best usage of future process and Purchasing Suite platform.

This position includes as main responsibility to act as:

- Purchasing Suite Rollout Specialist: Being part of the project team during the initial design and build phase of the assigned Purchasing Suite modules. Develop standard processes / templates and jointly turn that into the solution blueprint with the implementation partner. Perform testing of the solution.
- Purchasing Suite Implementation Activities (Sourcing and Supplier Management) in the defined pilot scope and regions, acting as project workstream lead and coordinator in the assigned project work.
- Purchasing Suite Further Development and Support: Identifying the business needs, develop with IT department and the implementation partner the new features, functions as well as take over project tasks and work packages in driving continuous improvement of the Purchasing Suite.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology;
- More than 3 years professional experience in Raw or Direct Material sourcing and supplier management;
- Strong knowledge of Raw Material and/or Indirect Material processes and tools;
- Experience in an international organization or project environment;
- Fluent English in spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills;
- Mentality of digitalization and changes;
- Ability to work independently and high self-motivation;
- Teamwork and flexibility in working schedule in international project team across multiple time zones;
- Willingness to travel.
