We set the company’s strategy and technology vision, offer an unparalleled research foundation for innovation, and provide critical support infrastructure for Nokia.

As the Digital Office Communications Leader, you will work with the Digital Office Infrastructure team, partnering with all units of the Digital Office, Digital Office eco-system of partners and with Nokia corporate Communications to develop change management and communication plans for the digital transformation of Nokia.

You will support the delivery of IT projects and services by planning and executing change and communications plans, as well as creating and sharing information and knowledge that will ensure the successful adoption, usage development and education of IT services by all Nokians and users of IT services.

As the Digital Office Communications Leader, you will equally focus on change management, communication, information architecture for a superior IT Services portal end user experience, UI/UX, driving coherent and consistent information through impactful and creative formats and channels, across target groups.

In this team, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and supervising change management, user communications, usage development and education for IT services and projects
- Ensuring high quality information to users of Nokia IT services with simple, authentic messaging tailored to the audience, using most appropriate channels and state of art channels and media (videos, interviews, articles)
- Redefining, implementing & continuously evolving the IT services portal to bring an efficient and effective UI/UX experience to end users
- Managing and evolving IT communication channels such as IT services portal and IT user related communities in the Enterprise Social Network ensuring high quality information is easily made available to users in attractive and modern formats
- Facilitating cross-functional knowledge and best practice development and sharing, by being the custodian of IT user information
- Evaluating and measuring defined KPIs

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- At least 10 years of experience in Change Management, Communication and Information Architecture
- Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Journalism, English, Business or related discipline
- Proficient in English
- Experience delivering communication and training materials with a focus on driving user adoption in the scope of a changing ICT environment
- Strong writing & video creation skills combined with bias for action, flexibility and attention to detail
- Ability to understand nuanced communications and serve as relationship manager to stakeholders across multiple units and functions
- Strong communication, organization and UI/UX skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead a team
- Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing virtual environment across time zones
- Able to influence others to support decisions
- Strong results orientation and business driven mentality

It would be nice if you also had:

- Experience working in large, complex public or private organizations
- Appetite for technology and innovation and capability to synthetize information and translate complex technical information into simple and attractive narratives
- Experience working in a Microsoft SharePoint and ServiceNow environment
