Role Profile

The function is heavily involved in the day to day running of the IAM under Information Security practice and wider security programme across the organisation based on global recognised frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, Cobit, NIST).

Key Accountabilities- Lead and manage the Euronext Group IAM team with a special focus on IAM people development.- Being an active member of EUS Leadership Team participating in regular meetings and initiatives across the function.- Develop secure automation capabilities, according to architectural guidelines, in the Identity platform to enable provisioning of Identity & access services- Develop, promote security standards and best practices via cross-functional partnership with engineering teams- Uplift security platforms and practices across environments.-
- Generate technical specifications/documentation- Develop telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence, report on progress and adoption- Troubleshooting and resolving access management and provisioning workflow errors- Updating existing access management and provisioning workflows- Understand and refine a Role Based Security framework. Produce schema designs and operational plans to enforce and maintain identity management workflows- Participate in development of roadmaps and participate in the standards process for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions- Promote effective teamwork, mentor employees, and evaluate individual performance- Hands-on architect and developer of a comprehensive IAM system that addresses the challenges of a very complex development and production environment- Work with team on project work to keep project going according to schedule- Work with system owners, and other IAM colleagues to address audit and regulatory related issues- Highly motivated individual with a track record of successfully implementing solutions across line of business boundaries- Must be able to work with a pool of experts and ensure high levels of service even when the effort crosses organizational boundaries

Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years experience in a specific IAM role, no previous People management experience is required.- Masters / Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience- Expert on user lifecycle processes- Experience on RBAC definition and implementation- Experience with directories (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD and/or AWS)- Knowledge on programming languages (Bash, PowerShell, Java,.NET, JavaScript)- Knowledge on databases (mySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)- Knowledge of IAM services or technologies (e.g. 2FA, authentication, authorization, federation)- Established background in Information Security processes and audit- Past/proven experience working in a team- Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Working / technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and security specific controls- Security focused with solid experience with identity and access management developmentEuronext Values
