ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2307GSS15789) **About the job** - As member of the AP/AR Invoice Booking and Re-Invoicing team, depending on your expertise your main activities will be to ensure correct booking of invoices. **Your Main Activities Are** - Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order) - Identify, complete and request missing information - Analyse and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices - Issue outgoing invoices (order To cash) - Perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan **Profile and Skills to Success** - University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field - Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role - Strong SAP user experience as accounts payable with advanced knowledge of P2P and accounts receivable - Knowledge of VAT - Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) - Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations - Organizational skills and good attention to detail - Ability to synthetize and to give feedbacks to peers - Strong team spirit - Good communication skills (spoken & written), proactive attitude and problem solving LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
