Role**:Train Release Manager**
Location: Porto, Hybrid
Required skills:
- 4+ years experience in Release, Change, and Incident Management;
- Strong skills in planning, coordinating, and executing software releases (train, hotfix, incident) across development, test, and production environments;
- Experience building and maintaining release reference paths and detailed technical roadmaps;
- Ability to monitor release content, progress, dependencies, and eligibility status;
- Proven experience establishing and enforcing Change Management processes, including approval workflows and migration strategies;
- Expertise in managing Incident resolution processes, coordinating hotfixes, and maintaining incident backlogs;
- Strong reporting and KPI tracking skills across Release, Change, and Incident Management;
- Fluent English communication skills.
