**Hi there**
We are Neptune Commune Group — a restaurant group with 6 projects in Lisbon: Heim Cafe, Seagull Method Cafe, Kefi Bistro, Pomme Eatery and Etma Bakery.
We believe in building warm, soulful places — and in strong, reliable partnerships behind them. That’s why we are looking for a **B2B Manager for Etma Bakery** - someone who will grow and lead our wholesale partnerships with heart, care and ambition.
**It is very likely we will match if you**:
- Are a master in communication skills
- Love connecting with people in the industry
- Are organized, punctual and follow-up like a pro
- Are great at building strong, trust-based partnerships
- Are result-oriented but people-centered
- Feel comfortable negotiating terms
- Speak Portuguese and English
- Have experience in b2b sales, events agencies, or PR
**Your main missions will be**:
- Identify and reach out to potential partners
- Build a long-term portfolio of clients who genuinely value our products and approach
- Stay in touch with partners, listen, offer solutions and build strong ongoing relations
- Coordinating orders and deliveries with our production and logistics teams
- Working alongside on the growth strategy and goals
- Track key results
- Support operations
