Senior Master Data Management Specialist

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Senior Specialist, Master Data Management**, part of our global Master Data Team. We are looking for a dynamic, hands on (“get it done”) team player that has a detailed operational knowledge and strong communication skills. In this role you will be supporting all requirements to ensure accurate, timely and compliant Master data creation, maintenance and related activities in SAP S4, IBP and MDG. The Master Data Management team performs various checks, analyses and interacts with stakeholders across all Supply chain functions & other work streams such as Finance, Procurement, etc.

As part of the role, the Senior Specialist, Master Data Management, will have strong involvement in daily E2E data activities, supporting a part of the total portfolio that falls within their team.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Creation and Maintenance of Master data, Support data activities in SAP ECC, IBP and MDG
- Right First Time Code creation/ change/ extension including all pre-checks - evaluation of correct parameters and data sets to raise a compliant and error free request and set-up of related data such as BOM, Source lists, T-lanes, etc., in SAP ECC and SAP IBP
- Knowledge of Financial Supply Chain flows, contact with Intercompany for new flows
- Support for system rollouts including data build, testing, implementation and hyper care
- Understanding of master data parameter in ECC and IBP to improve business (planning/ inventory/ forecasting/ IQV)
- Oversees the material master data Change Control process which includes pre-approval and post-approval activities in a timely manner
- Monitors data, analyzes reports and tracks specific activity to ensure records are synchronized. Acts to resolve all issues and discrepancies. Oversees and analyses the supply chain information to ensure data accuracy and clean up.
- Address and escalate bottleneck situations
- Report out, Develop and Improve KPI for Master Data area
- Continuous Improvement/ Project Lead: Broaden understanding of Supply Chain Management and continuous improvement of the information area with checks, analysis to ensure high data quality
- Coaching Master data team (approx. 2-4 people)

**Role requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Management or a related field such as Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain is preferred
- Minimum 4 year experience, preferably in pharmaceutical environment
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Data
- Demonstrated experience and competence with Supply Chain processes
- Organized, proactive and problem solving mindset
- Strong English communication skills written and verbally
- Awareness of business and industry dynamics and regulations
- Strong SAP and MS Office experience
- Experience in Supply Chain Environment as Information/ Master data, Supply Network Planning, Distribution or Manufacturing processes is mandatory
- APICS CPIM or CSCMP certification is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate, collaborate and influence and coach a team of around 2-4 people
- Ability to think End-to-End when analyzing problems and resolving project conflicts
