Backoffice Shopping Specialist Agent

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Shopping Specialist Agent** to join our team. In this role, you will assist in Improving the Relevance and Accuracy of the Content presented to End Users with Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, & Trust by providing Ratings for products based on their search queries, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Must have extensive expertise in the Shopping/ E-commerce domain, responsible for providing strategic guidance, advanced problem-solving, and innovative solutions within their area of focus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze user search queries to provide accurate product ratings and reviews
- Rate user search queries with Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust
- Possessing in-depth knowledge and understanding of complex concepts within their specialized area.
- Analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing creative solutions to address challenges
- Working out of a prioritized queue following step by step procedure
- Collecting, analyzing data, and generating insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and policies
- Genuine excitement and passion for analyzing data sets and converting them into insights that drive business decisions

**Required Skills/Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency & and very proactive
- Ability to interpret product features, specifications, and customer feedback to provide meaningful ratings
- Strong logical & Analytical skills (Critical thinking)
- Familiarity with online shopping platforms, manufacturers, merchants and product categories both domestically and internationally
- Ability to understand the implications of data analysis and build a strategic story from this data
- Analyze raw data and be able to draw conclusions based on the information provided
- Sharing logical & relevant recommendations for project assignments
- Ability to dis-aggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solution

**Preferred Qualifications/Experience**:

- Previous experience in Shopping workflows, retail, e-commerce or general interest in shopping domain
- Knowledge of product ratings systems and how they influence user decisions
- Familiarity with shopping platforms and manufacturers or merchants & different shopping industries (e.g., Electronics, Apparel, Household Essentials) is a plus
- Proficiency with search engine tools & platforms
- Sound knowledge of general web technologies & Google Docs
- Experience working with external customers and merchant partners
- Previous experience in SEO or SEM (AdWords, E-commerce platforms) is added advantage
- 1-2 years of work experience in E-commerce/ Retail

**Academic Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream
