Support for a global project in the automotive safety sector

We are currently hiring **French-speaking Customer Support Specialists** for an exciting international project with one of the leading companies in automotive safety technology.
In this role, you will support users with product-related inquiries, ensure a smooth and professional customer journey, and contribute to maintaining the highest service standards.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- **Handle booking requests** by creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations according to customer needs
- **Manage reservation-related back-office tasks**, including ticket issuance, updates, and cancellations
- **Provide accurate, real-time information t**o support informed customer decision-making
- **Deliver a service experience that exceeds expectations** and encourages positive word-of-mouth
- **Actively listen to each customer’s individual situation** and respond with empathy and tailored support

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **880€ gross x 12months**-**basic salary**,
- **+ 2 extra salaries per year**:

- **up to 150€ gross** monthly performance bonus,
- meal allowance**:7,23€ NET/day**(approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
- transport allowance**:20€ / month**
