**Mission**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
- Lead and manage a team of Marketing Content Specialists.
- Oversee high-quality content creation, including reports, white papers, ebooks, customer stories, use cases, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze content performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Oversee and manage the editorial calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule
- Coordinate process and tool improvements to enhance impact and efficiency with the production team leader, who will produce the final deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends and best practices.

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Head of Content Marketing, Content Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Deep understanding of content marketing strategies and SEO principles.
- Ability to create and oversee engaging and informative content for various formats.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity and strategic thinking.
