Business Analyst

Our RnD team builds a unique technology that automates the most advanced flight tickets search and booking process. And we are looking for Business Analyst who can help the RnD team as a bridge between business stakeholders and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirement Elicitation & Analysis**:

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications that are clear and actionable for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Present findings, solutions, and product updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

**Product Backlog & Prioritization**:

- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are developed first.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure that each iteration delivers tangible business value.
- Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on changing business needs, stakeholder feedback, and technical constraints.

**Solution Design & Validation**:

- Collaborate with the development teams to design solutions that align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Participate in solution design discussions, providing insights from a business perspective to ensure that the proposed solutions meet all requirements.
- Assist in the development of prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to visualize solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.

**Testing & Quality Assurance**:

- Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements.
- Work with the QA team to ensure that all features are thoroughly tested and that any defects are resolved before deployment.
- Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to production.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze product performance and user feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Proactively suggest changes and enhancements to improve product usability, efficiency, and overall value to the business.
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance your technical and business expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role within a technology-driven environment.
- Experience in the Online Travel Industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum framework.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
