**Start Date**: 06/12/2024
**Location**: anywhere from the mainland of Portugal
**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: €1,100.00 (paid over 14 months)
- **Sales Bonus**: Up to €120.00
- **Meal Allowance**: €7.63 per working day (net)
- **Health Insurance**: Available from day 1 (with a €20 monthly contribution, free after 6 months of employment)
- **Contract**: 6 months (3-month trial period), with the potential for renewal or permanent placement

**Your Role**

As a Cruise Line Customer Support and Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound calls and providing world-class customer support.
- Selling and upselling cruise packages and associated products.
- Assisting customers and travel agents with booking management and post-booking queries.
- Providing detailed information about destinations, ships, pricing, documentation, and more.

**Who We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Experience in contact centers, customer service, or sales (preferable).
- A background in tourism or travel agencies is a plus.
- Strong digital and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively.

**Work Schedule**
- **Shifts**: Rotative shifts, Monday to Sunday
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h, Saturday and Sunday: 08:00h - 17:00h (occasional availability from 08:00h - 19:00h may be required)
- **Days Off**: 2 rotating days per week
