- Be the host with the most: Welcome guests with a warm smile, support reservations management, and create a buzzing atmosphere.
- Orchestrate the dining room: Coordinate our front-of-house team like a seasoned conductor, ensuring smooth and seamless service.
- Menu Guru: Know our dishes inside and out, and confidently recommend the best pairings to wow our guests (wine training provided)
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Handle any hiccups with grace and finesse, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
- Keep the vibe alive: Ensure the dining room ambiance is on point, from lighting to music, setting the perfect mood.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A charismatic leader with a deep value for relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
- A master of multitasking with a keen eye for detail.
- Coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams so that all the resources are in place to deliver the restaurant’s required standards of service
- Passionate about food, drinks, and delivering top-notch service.
- A positive attitude and a sense of humour—because work should be fun
- Experience training a team, sharing knowledge and setting standard
- An interest or curiosity for natural, low intervention and organic wine, local producers, food and farming is a plus
- Experience overseeing and implementing HACCP procedures
- Fluency or knowledge of advanced Portuguese and English

**Applicants for the Chefe de Sala/FOH Manager role will have at least a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role. **If you do not yet have this experience but our concept sounds appealing to you we are still open to hearing from you for potential placements in other front-of-house roles.
Pay: 1,400.00€ - 1,700.00€ per month
