**Your new role**

As an E2E Coordinator you will:

- Coordinate the measures to resolve ongoing IT issues
- Provide regular report on a corporate level regarding the national situation during IT incidents
- Lead postmortem action to prevent the company from repetitive cases.
- Act as a SPOC for issues in the productive environments
- Regular monitoring to initiate preemptive measures to avoid outages

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Multiple years of experience in IT related position
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Support
- Ideally experience in managing IT projects
- Fluent in English on a professional/ business level is a must
