Your New Company
Our client is a multinational retail company operating in more than 10 countries, is looking to recruit a Technical Project Manager to join their expanding business.
Your New Role
You will participate in projects aimed at adaptation of premises to company standards, will organize and will plan future investments for company premises in order to adapt them to company standards, within the provisions of the lease agreement. You will accept premises from landlords, verifying their compliance with the lease agreement, in order to perform all necessary construction and maintenance works and will coordinate the process of adaptation of company premises by supervising the correct performance of construction and repair works done by contractors. You will collaborate with contractors regarding the construction, repair and equipment works in order to provide all installations necessary for proper functioning of the store.
What you'll need to succeed
Background of studies in Civil Engineering or Architecture ;
You will need 3-5 years of experience in similar roles;
Fluent in English ; AutoCad (advanced) ;
Good ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point office tools;
Familiarity with construction law and construction standards and know-how of building processes;
Readiness for business travel.
