**The Role**

BCA is currently recruiting for a Technical Writer to join the European Knowledge Management team based in Portugal.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating technical documentation for assigned product and business areas.
- Document product features, translating complex information into clear, high-quality and useful technical knowledge content (in a Product environment).
- Work alongside internal product and technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and ensure the accuracy of the documentation.
- Constant collaboration with product owners, product managers, business analysts, architects and developers to receive or provide input.
- Manage documentations updates and revisions in our internal Knowledge Base.
- Create visual content to enhance documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working as a technical writer, technical documentation manager, or similar role.
- Ability to create different types of technical content (including API documentation).
- Proven track record of scoping, planning, and delivering end-to-end documentation for a digital product.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in content structuring.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, research, and exploration skills.
- Proven ability to deliver quality documentation under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, managing multiple or competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Motivated/self-starter, with strong time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you will be expected to liaise with key stakeholders across the company.
- Strong self-editing skills.
