**Position: Junior Business Analyst**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Experience in business analysis and technical documentation
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML
- Experience creating Tickets/Issues/Epics/Stories
- Knowledge of SQL and ETL is valued
- Experience in functional testing
- Basic knowledge of data structures in XML/JSON/CSV
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)
