**WORKPLACE**:Porto (Hybrid)**:
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Implementation and maintenance of IAM identity and access management tools (MyAccess and TIGRE);
- Supporting users of the IAM tool to manage the entire lifecycle of the user's identity, including the creation, modification and deletion of accounts;
- Ensuring that identity and access management processes comply with company policies and regulations;
- Collaborating with other IT security teams to resolve problems with the IAM tool;
- Training company users in the use of IAM tools.
**PROFILE**:
- Higher education in Information Technology;
- At least 2 years' professional experience in the IAM (Identity Access Management) area;
- Advanced knowledge of Ms Office tools for preparing IAM reports;
- Good knowledge of or proven experience in cybersecurity;
- Fluency in English (written and oral);
- Knowledge of French would be appreciated;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- A sense of responsibility and proactivity.
