- The HR Service Desk Officer will be part of the HR team supporting the employees, Managers or HR Business Partners. The ability to identify, communicate, and resolve HR Admirative questions is important in all aspects of this role.**Responsibilities.**
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR Administration related topics
- Provide responsive, reliable, and consistent service delivery to Employees
- Provide prompt referrals and escalations to appropriate HR teams or Expertise
- Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
- Alerts HR Service Desk Lead to recurring questions or problems.
- Contribute to the enrichment of the HR documentation, HR knowledge database

**Requirements.**
- Graduated from related fields of universities preferably HR Management
- Preferable minimum 3 years in an HR role
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages will be valued),
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks per deadlines.
- Working experience in a global community with a complex matrix.
- Real team player to support local HRs in a matrix environment.
