An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Vaccines Brand and Customer Manager.

Being part of our Marketing team, will report directly to the Franchise Lead, and be responsible for developing customer segmentation, strategies and plans relevant to the Brand, representing country customer and brand needs on internal taskforces.

Through a focus on customers and on implementation, maximize sales for the Brand in the country.

**PRIMARY ACTIVITIES**:
To develop marketing strategies and implement tactical plans to ensure marketing and sales objectives for a particular product or group of products are met.
- Develop brand plans, analyze market research findings, prepare budget, design promotional campaigns and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the product in terms of business performance and desired market positioning.
- Plan strategies, evaluate, align and integrate factors for effective branding of the product and manage product life cycle
- Ensure that product marketing strategies and execution are developed and implemented to improve market performance.
- Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate and analyze competitive market information; set parameters and direct execution of market research.
- Ensure that new products/service ideas are developed and evaluated effectively.
- Plan, lead, organize, direct and manage events related to pre-launch, launching, regular Project Management functions and other special projects; address logístical and administrative requirements to ensure availability of necessary resources
- Develop promotion and communication campaigns
- Conduct training for sales representatives as needed
- Establish network of multiple stakeholders
- Work with Field Force team/regulatory/medical/access teams

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**

**_ Desired Experience/Education:_**
- University graduate in Pharmacy /Medicine, Economics or marketing
- 2 - 3-year experience as a Pharma Product Manager is preferred.
- Previous vaccines experience will be a plus
- Marketing or management qualification preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills required. Needs to be able to analyze data and develop appropriate marketing strategies to address market conditions.

- Sound knowledge of products and diseases and the health care system.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles and process, commercial acumen.
- Good decision-making, planning and project management, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Effective sales, relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer software (MS Office).
- Effective English language skills.
- Communication skills
