- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and Sky guidelines- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations- Organize the programs that involve occupation health and all related matters- Maintain HR systems and technologies necessary to support HR operations- Manage and improve benefits program and platform- Maintain knowledge of HR and employment law- Advise on HR-related topics and providing the needed support and resolution to the teams and colleagues- Support the payroll and the administrative processes

Your Skills and Experience:
- +6 years of professional experience- Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Specialist- Experience with MS Office- Previous experience working in an international environment- Can-do and solution-oriented attitude- Ability to multi-task and change priorities accordingly to the business needs- Ready to collaborate with the stakeholders regardless different seniority levels- Excellent interpersonal communications skills- Flexible, creative, collaborative and innovative approach- Empathetic team player- Fluent in English- Knowledge of HR workforce solutions (Workday is a plus)
