**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements for IT solutions
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to document functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop business process models and diagrams to help stakeholders understand and visualize proposed solutions
- Work with IT developers and technical teams to design and develop IT solutions that meet business requirements
- Create test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to business users and stakeholders
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT solutions

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a Post or related industry
- Experience with software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Deep understanding of business processes and experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that support business objectives
- Experience with business process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and project managers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
