**Your new company**
Leading company in plastic processing industry is recruiting for its unit in Indonesia.

**Your new role**
- Analysis of business/operational KPIs
- Creation of the monthly rolling plan
- Creation of meaningful monthly business reviews
- Preparation of the yearly budget together with the local management
- Support in the preparation of company presentations for the group management
- Monitoring compliance with group-internal accounting and reporting standards
- Development and presentation of alternative actions on the basis of business/operational analyses
- Analysis and optimization of standard processes in the finance department
- Responsible for the transfer pricing/processing fee strategy and the documentation
- Support in the collection and processing of operative data in order to be able to use them for strategic decisions
- Monitoring of the cost accounting, OEE data and capacity utilization figures from production as well as development of optimization potential and transfer of the information to the company's financial planning
- Analyzing the profitability of production projects and development of optimization potentials

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the group
- Successful completion of a degree in business administration, with a focus on finance and controlling
- Ideally first experience in controlling in multinational industrial companies
- Strong analytical & strategic skills
- High level of motivation and creativity
- Responsible, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Discretion and sensitivity in handling the data
- Strong communication skills and high level of the ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of English
- Safe handling of the common Microsoft products Excel, Power Point, Word and, if necessary, also MS TEAMS
- Traveling
