- Analyze and evaluate overarching sustainability trends impacting employees, investors, the public, and regulators.
- ** Strategy Input**:

- Provide valuable input for strategy development to the responsible C-department.
- ** ESG Legislation**
- Screening of international and national ESG regulations and standards.
- ** Coordination and Community Building**:

- Coordinate sustainability ratings and mentor the RB Sustainability Community.
- ** Standards Definition**:

- Define and implement standards, including group guidelines, best practices, and training initiatives.
- ** Expert Support**:

- Provide expert support to other C-departments in integrating sustainability into their strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education and Experience**:

- University degree in engineering, natural or social sciences, or equivalent.
- Substantial professional experience in sustainability, preferably in a corporate/industrial setting.
- ** Key Competencies**:

- Openness to quickly familiarize yourself with new complex topics.
- Enjoys embracing a change of perspective.
- Characterized by strategic thinking, foresight, and entrepreneurial action.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**:

- Enjoys communication and exchange with external contacts, as well as other departments, divisions, and locations.
- Demonstrates networking skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- ** Presentation Skills**:

- Ability to present complex issues in a target group-specific manner.
- Excellent expression for briefings of the management.
- ** Language Proficiency**:

- Business fluent in Portuguese and English.
