Senior Product Manager, Ai

**Responsibilities**:

- AI Strategy and Roadmap:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define the AI strategy aligned with PandaDoc's overall business objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive AI roadmap, outlining the integration of AI technologies into existing and new products.
- Customer Research and Insights:

- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer pain points and identify areas where AI can offer valuable solutions.
- Engage with customers and gather feedback to uncover opportunities for AI-driven improvements in the product.
- AI Solution Design:

- Work closely with the AI team to define the scope and technical requirements for AI projects.
- Translate customer needs into actionable AI features and capabilities.
- Design intuitive user experiences that seamlessly incorporate AI functionality into the product.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with the AI team, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to drive the development and successful implementation of AI solutions.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Product Performance and Optimization:

- Continuously monitor AI-driven features' performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and enhance the AI-powered product functionalities.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:

- Keep abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and advancements in the industry.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.

**Requirements**:

- AI and Technology Expertise:

- Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies, including ML, AI, and Generative AI.
- Familiarity with various AI frameworks, tools, and libraries.
- Customer-Centric Approach:

- Proven experience in customer research and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into tangible product improvements.
- Product Management Experience:

- Prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role.
- Track record of successfully leading product development projects from ideation to launch.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative and Problem-Solving Mindset:

- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and finding solutions to complex problems.
