**Como é o Social Media na hôma?**
- Domina as plataformas de redes sociais (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Tik Tok e Pinterest)
- É altamente comunicativo e domina a escrita;
- É criativo, autónomo e trabalha bem em equipa; É disponível, tem capacidade de adaptação e é dinâmico.
**O que vamos valorizar em ti?**
- Formação académica superior em Comunicação, Marketing e/ou Marketing Digital, bem como formações complementares em Social Media;
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em função similar;
- Fluência em Inglês (eliminatório) e Espanhol (valorizado)
- Experiência avançada em Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin e Youtube (fator eliminatório);
- Conhecimento em Pinterest e Tik Tok (requisito valorizado);
- Conhecimento de copy via SEO.
**O teu dia-a-dia**:
- Desenvolvimento de copy para as nossas redes sociais (Facebook, Instagram e Pinterest)
- Publicação e promoção de conteúdos;
- Gestão de comentários/comunidade;
- Gestão de influenciadores;
- Impulsionamento da base de seguidores;
- Capacidade de análise de métricas de social media: Análise de dados, elaborar reportings e propor ações de melhoria;
- Elaboração de estratégias de redes sociais alinhadas com os objetivos estratégicos da área de Marketing e de negócio;
- Manter-se a par de tendências, boas práticas e ferramentas relacionadas com a gestão de redes sociais e propor novas ideias e conceitos de conteúdo de social media.
