**Investment Analyst (Remote - Full Time Contract)**

Position Description:
Looking for an opportunity in an entrepreneurial culture to start your career foundation? Our client, InsurtechNY is looking for an Investment Analyst.

InsurTech is now the fastest-growing segment of FinTech, representing 10% of the total global investment and more than a quarter of the of the recent IPOs. Join the largest startup and innovation community in North America. We are looking for a self-starter who we can develop as we grow the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
The investment analyst will support InsurTech NY / InsurTech Fund with:
Deal pipeline management - manage the pipeline of startups that participate in our competition, accelerator, and events
Due diligence - support the due diligence of our InsurTech Fund, and accelerators.
Investment memo - draft investment memo for investment decision-making
Corporate matchmaking - connect the startups in our pipeline with our corporate partners for official programs
Fundraising - support GPs in fundraising efforts for the fund

Ideal Professional Profile:
2 - 5 Years experience in a related field
Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or technical field
Startup VC experience is a must
Strong ability to conduct research

Demonstrated strong writing skills
Excellent critical thinking, analytical and research skills
Verbal communication skills
Motivated, optimistic, and passionate about the insurance industry
Strong ability to build relationships and trust as part of a small team

Logistics:
Full-time
Immediate start date with some flexibility

Our mission is to drive talent to insurance, support innovation-friendly regulation, provide infrastructure to InsurTechs, and improve access to investment. InsurTech Fund is a sister company that invests in Seed-Stage InsurTech companies.

Location: This is a fully remote position. You do not need US Visa to work for us.
Annual Pay: 25K to 35K Euro
Bonus: ~10% Annual Bonus based on company and individual performance
