What you'll do

- Proactive communication: Maintain regular contact, providing updates, insights, and proactive recommendations.
- Negotiate and close deals
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop tailored solutions: Craft customized plans aligned with client needs.
- Expert problem-solving: Address client concerns and roadblocks with efficient solutions.
**Data and Performance Analysis**:
- Present data-driven insights: Clearly communicate performance and value to stakeholders.
**Additional Skills**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, social, and/or performance-based) and the competitive landscape;
- Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs and objectives;
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships;
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and optimize revenue;
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
Minimum Requirements- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker + good English written & verbal communication skills (B2 minimum);- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising or marketing technology;
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quota attainment;
- Experience managing and developing a high volume portfolio of accounts.
