Your Profile:
- French is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English
- You have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree
- You have an interest in online marketing products
- You are a strategic thinker
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, is a plus but not mandatory
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
- Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
