Portuguese Teacher

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Teach Portuguese language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, through innovative instructional methods.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Organise extracurricular activities related to Portuguese language to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational programme.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour in accordance with school policies.

**Qualifications**
- A recognised teaching qualification inPortuguese or a related field is essential.
- Previous experience teaching Portuguese
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology as a teaching tool is advantageous.
- A passion for literature and a commitment to fostering a love for reading among students.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning and classroom management.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: 16.00€ - 19.00€ per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
