We’re currently growing our team of Technical Product Managers to take part in some new and amazing projects and become part of multidisciplinary teams

A Technical Product Manager at xgeeks is responsible for the **success of the product by making sure the desired outcomes are achieved**

**How we expect you to achieve the outcomes**:
Assessing the 4 main risks: Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability.

Identifying, tracking, and measuring success metrics and outcomes

Discovering and validating end-users' pain points, product requirements, and potential solutions

Managing stakeholders as the core point of communication in a cross-functional team

Creating and enforcing product vision/strategy & go-to-market strategy

Plan and execute the product roadmap

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written/spoken)
- Business savviness
- Strong critical and strategic Thinking
- Data-driven problem-solving mindset
- Accurate time management skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Technical skills (at least, main concepts knowledge):

- Coding
- Infrastructure services/tools
- Deployment processes/tools
- Data: DB, data structures, and ETL processes
- System architecture (Monolith, microservices...)
