**Funções**:

- Planear, coordenar e controlar a relação comercial com os clientes, potenciando oportunidades de negócio e garantindo a satisfação dos clientes;
- Follow-up das receitas e cobranças considerando objetivos definidos em termos de orçamento;
- Análise de indicadores;
- Elaboração de pedidos de cotação e orçamentos;
- Análise financeira dos projetos;
- Gestão dos processos, nomeadamente da provisão e reposição dos serviços, garantindo a melhoria contínua dos mesmos e o cumprimento de SLA aos clientes;
- Gestão e desenvolvimento do portfólio de serviços, incluindo a estratégia de preços;

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Gestão ou Economia;;
- Até 2 anos de experiência profissional em gestão de clientes e análise financeira;
- Domínio de MS Office, nomeadamente Excel (obrigatório);
- Conhecimentos de Inglês;
- Conhecimentos de Redes de Fibra e Redes FTTH, do mercado wholesale e de serviços grossistas (plus);
- Conhecimentos de Equipamento FTTH e de Arquitetura de Redes de Telecomunicações - Redes Móveis/Redes Fixas/Convergentes (preferencial);
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
- Foco nos processos e rigor;
- Elevada capacidade de organização e planeamento;
- Proatividade e iniciativa.
