A empresa Loopa Services Lda, especializada na gestão de limpeza de apartamentos para arrendamento de curta duração (Airbnb), está a recrutar colaboradores para limpeza de imóveis em Lisboa, Sintra e regiões próximas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Limpeza dos apartamentos após a saída dos hóspedes (em média 2-3 limpezas por dia);
- Troca de roupa de cama e toalhas;
- Verificação do stock de consumíveis (sabão, papel, produtos de limpeza);
- Reportar ao gestor eventuais avarias ou objetos perdidos;
- Trabalho através da aplicação móvel Loopa (acesso fornecido).

**Requisitos**:

- Responsabilidade, rigor e pontualidade;
- Nível mínimo de comunicação em português ou inglês (para compreender instruções);
- Experiência prévia em limpeza de hotéis, hostels ou apartamentos para arrendamento é valorizada;
- Disponibilidade para deslocação até os imóveis (Lisboa, Sintra, Almada, etc.);
- Autorização de trabalho válida ou disponibilidade para a obter.

**Condições**:

- Emprego a tempo parcial ou completo (horário flexível);
- Remuneração horária entre 9,50 € e 12,00 € conforme experiência e horário;
- Formação e acompanhamento por parte do gestor;
- Colaboração a longo prazo, com possibilidade de contrato formal;
- Ambiente de trabalho multicultural e amigável.
