Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Security & Compliance Consultant who has spent already years in area of Identity & Access Management and understands the criticality of the same in a corporate environment.

The Role:
Be an IAM Security & Compliance Consultant and support our teams in driving our IAM strategy towards corporate success. You will be responsible for our internal Security & Compliance Guardrails and ensure streamlined processes. You will be re-designing existing Compliance Controls and creating clear how-to-guides for our teams. You will be the SPoC for all Security & Compliance related purposes for our unit.
- Own, represent and improve our Security & Compliance Guidelines, Guardrails and processes that we are responsible for
- Run regular FireDrills within our IAM unit & perform continuous control testing
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits as well as customer audits as part of our Value Stream
- Evaluate and identify opportunities of potential information security and privacy improvements
- Collaborate within our Value Stream consisting of various teams
- Ensure an excellent Stakeholder Management
- Be able to translate Business Requirements into IT language together with your colleagues

What you bring
- Understanding of Agile Enterprise IT organizations and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Project management experience and change management
- Understanding of Stakeholder, Change and Project Management
- Experience with GDPR and technical interfaces like SCIM, REST, JDBC, SOAP and RFC
- Has worked as a Consultant for Enterprise Customers and in agile environments
- Advanced knowledge of common Certification Standards for IT Security, Business Continuity & Quality Management (e.g., ISAE 3000/ISAE 3402 (SOC 1/SOC 2), ISO 27001, C5, NIST SP 800-53)
- Proven knowledge in ITIL processes
- Strong communication skills in English
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT Security, IT Audit, Risk or IT Compliance, optionally certified in relevant areas
