Do you have an interest in the fashion industry? ICX Europe provides customer care with varying luxury fashion e-commerce sites of some of the world’s leading designers. Our brand-new office is conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon near Avenida metro station.- We are looking for fluent English speakers (level C1/2 or native), with excellent communication skills and availability to work flexible shifts.- Qualifications and requirements-
Fluent in English, spoken and written (C1/2 or native)
-Superb communication skills
-Availability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 11am to 8pm, with two consecutive days off per week
-Computer Skills
-Multi-tasking skills
-Experience working in a customer service (or similar) role with contact center/office environment preferred, but not required
-Previous luxury fashion experience is an added value
