**What you'll do**:

- Lead and grow the Operations Account Manager team within your market, driving high performance and engagement.
- Oversee the day-to-day retail B2B operations across multiple retailer accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Own and manage all operational tasks related to retailer accounts, including onboarding, order management, forecasting, promotions, and price changes.
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve retail operations and service performance for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular operational account performance meetings with internal teams and external retail partners to align goals and action plans.
- Collaborate closely with Offline Teams to identify, propose, and implement process improvements that enhance operational excellence.
- Optimize order intake processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as a problem-solver who proactively addresses challenges and finds practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Hands-on experience in a B2B environment, ideally related to logistics, e-commerce, or within a start-up setting.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts and diverse stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Thrive in a leadership role and enjoy developing and empowering your team to achieve collective success.
- Proactive self-starter who constantly questions existing processes and drives continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get hands-on to resolve issues.
- Solid MS Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (German, Portuguese, Spanish) is a plus.
