Elevus is a specialized recruitment company and is currently recruiting an Italian procurement agent for a final client. Our client seeks to satisfy any need of the client, accompanying the whole process, be it booking a vacation or fixing the car.
- I**mportant Notes: You need to be living in Portugal, preferably in the Greater Lisbon area and be eligible to work in the EU.**_

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- As the first point of contact for the Concierge Service, your role will be to handle our members' requests in accordance with our quality charter and service commitments
- Identify the client's needs, advise them and provide personalized advice, relevant recommendations and/or the appropriate solution
- You will be part of a demanding and dynamic team, offering its customers a service that meets the very high standards of the luxury sector

**PROFILE**:

- Have a perfect command of the French language both orally and in writing;
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally with different interlocutors;
- Ability to work independently;
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Be responsive, persistent and diplomatic;
- Attention to detail and quality of service;
- A working English would be a plus;
- Ideally have had experience in the field of assistance (plus).
