**What role will you play?**

Join a dynamic and diverse team now and create impact as a member of the SI Competitiveness Program as Professional for Pricing Projects and New digital New Business Topics in Lisbon.

**You will**:

- Drive and support existing pricing initiatives at the SI Competitiveness Program focusing on Artificial Intelligence based and value-based pricing solutions
- Support of change management and communication activities to generate organizational buy in and usage as well as acceptance of implemented solution
- Provide guidance in regards of solution testing and user training as a part of the roll out activities
- Enhance existing reporting features and capability for usage monitoring and impact calculation
- Support development of existing solutions into a pricing suite focusing on digital, AI based and value-based pricing methods.
- Translate business requirements into data science related data and AI model related tasks and act as interface between business and data driven environments.
- Identification and reflection on methods and process improvements to support strategic and operational decision-making in pricing
- Take over any ad-hoc topics as assigned

**We are looking for**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, business informatics or comparable education
- Experience in working as a pricing analyst, business analyst, consultant, or project manager preferably within an international company
- Experience with Artificial intelligence (AI) & internal process digitalization projects
- Very good project management skills
- You convince us with your excellent communication, presentation and professional networking skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience in Qlik Sense, Tableau or Power BI would be a plus.
- Desire and drive for future leadership roles
- Fluent in English, German language skills would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and facilitate different discussions within the initiatives
- Good communication and negotiation skills are required, to manage expectations
- The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent skills in complex stakeholder management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the tenacity, confidence and resilience to deliver high quality results
