**Mission**: Ensure the reception of guests according to the standards of quality and consistency of service. Welcome guests making them feel at home and special.
- Receive and greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
- Direct guests to their rooms;
- Transporting luggage to and from the rooms and/or designated bell area;
- Provide information about the hotel as well as information regarding available services;
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors;
- Support reception whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong sense of customer orientation;
- Good appearance;
- Driving license.

**Education/Professional Experience**:

- Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);
- Previous experience as welcome team member (preferably).

**Language skills**:

- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
