**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review and moderate short-form video content in **Dutch**.
- Identify and flag content that violates community guidelines (e.g., cybercrime, hate speech, graphic material).
- Ensure platform safety and accuracy in content curation.
- Collaborate with international teams to uphold content standards.
**Training & Onboarding**:
- Start strong with a fully paid, 10-day training program that includes:_
- Hands-on product education
- Real-world moderation simulations
- Tools and platform training
- **Earn €254.80 during training**
**Working Hours & Conditions**:
- **Schedule**: 40 hours/week (rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24/7)
- **Shifts**: 8-hour shifts + 1-hour paid break
- **Vacation**: 22 paid days off per year (Portuguese labor law)
- **Public holidays**: Compensated if worked
**Salary & Relocation Package**:Without Accommodation**: €1,556.06 gross/month
**With Company Accommodation**: €1,296.12 gross/month
