**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively approach customers and provide them with information about our natural and organic cosmetics products.
- Offer advice and guidance to customers on product selection, usage, and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Promote sales by suggesting additional products and services to customers.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and closing sales.
- Manage inventory and ensure that the shop is always stocked with fresh products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the shop clean and tidy at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Attend training sessions to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain records of sales and inventory.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for natural and organic products.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of natural and organic cosmetics products and their benefits.
- Proactive approach to sales and ability to promote additional products and services.
- Ability to achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and closing sales.
- Experience in managing inventory and maintaining records of sales and inventory.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate to meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
**Executivo(a) de Vendas para Loja de Cosméticos Naturais e Orgânicos**
**Responsabilidades**:
- Abordar proativamente os clientes e fornecer informações sobre nossos produtos cosméticos naturais e orgânicos.
- Oferecer conselhos e orientações aos clientes sobre seleção de produtos, uso e benefícios.
- Fornecer atendimento ao cliente excepcional para construir e manter uma base de clientes fiéis.
- Promover vendas sugerindo produtos e serviços adicionais aos clientes.
- Alcançar metas de vendas comunicando efetivamente os benefícios do produto e fechando vendas.
- Gerenciar o estoque e garantir que a loja esteja sempre abastecida com produtos frescos.
- Processar transações de venda com precisão e eficiência.
- Manter a loja limpa e arrumada o tempo todo.
- Colaborar com a equipe para atingir e superar as metas de vendas.
- Participar de sessões de treinamento para se manter atualizado(a) com o conhecimento do produto e técnicas de vendas.
- Manter registros de vendas e estoque.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência comprovada como um(a) Executivo(a) de Vendas ou função similar na indústria da beleza.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoais.
- Forte paixão por produtos naturais e orgânicos.
- Capacidade de fornecer atendimento excepcional ao cliente e construir relacionamentos fortes com os clientes.
- Conhecimento de produtos cosméticos naturais e orgânicos e seus benefícios.
- Abordagem proativa para vendas e habilidade para promover produtos e serviços adicionais.
- Capacidade de alcançar metas de vendas comunicando efetivamente os benefícios do produto e fechando vendas.
- Experiência em gerenciamento de estoque e manutenção de registros de vendas e estoque.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar para atingir as metas de vendas.
- Diploma de ensino médio ou equivalente.
- Deve ser capaz de trabalhar nos fins de semana e feriados.
Possibilidade de deslocação diária/mudança de residência:
- Albufeira, Distrito de Faro: Deslocar-se ou estar disposto a mudar-se para o local da oferta antes de começar a trabalhar (obrigatório)
