**COMPANY**
We are recruiting a position of **Accounts Payable** for a global company leader in the transportation and logistics business located in Algés/ Lisboa.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Your main responsabilities are:

- Ensure supplier account reconciliations;
- Manage the account of manual payments and clearing operations;
- Ensure the booking of purchase invoices;
- Produce analysis and justification of accounts, including the management of payment incidents;
- Identifying and indicate possible deviations
- Manage operational, day-to-day relationships with suppliers;
- Daily follow up indicators related to suppliers' performance and quality.

**KEY SKILLS**
- Proven experience in Finance/Accounting and/or Administrative positions (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus) at least 1 year minimum;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP and other relevant softwares;
- Fluent in English (higher level his mandatory).
