We are hiring Agile Coach

At Capgemini Portugal we are looking for talents in Agile Coach for a new project.

If you have at least 10 years of experience working in a business, consulting or IT related role, and you are looking for new challenges to help you evolve as a professional, Capgemini Portugal is the place for you.

You’ll be challenged daily and given strong responsibility from day one.

We are looking for- A university degree in applied sciences, engineering or business;- Experience in consulting or IT related role;- Experience with supporting (agile) transformation in organizations, building teams and driving continuous improvement;
- Agile Certifications;
- Experience in business product/service development;
- Scrum and Kanban experience (certification is a plus);
- Knowledge of Agile manifesto;
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to explain complex concepts in understandable terms tailored to the audience;
- The ability to mentor the team and drive collaboration and learning to benefit your area and the broader organization;
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
